No, the frame ships empty, ready for your favorite photo.
Can I change the top quote?
Yes. Write any message up to 30 characters, or keep ours.
Will you check my text?
We engrave exactly what you type, so please double-check spelling before you order.
Can I change my text after ordering?
Message us within 12 hours of ordering. After engraving starts, we can't make changes.
When do I need to order for Christmas?
Order by November 30, 2026 for guaranteed Christmas delivery in the US; orders through December 7 we'll rush but can't guarantee.
Is it good for a pet memorial?
Yes. Try "Forever in our hearts" on top and your pet's name and years on the bottom.
Can I return it?
Because each frame is personalized, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If it arrives damaged or with an engraving error, contact us with a photo within 30 days at hello@ebuygifts.com and we'll replace it free.
