What we customize for you
- Your pet's face, cut out by hand by a real designer — not a one-click filter
- 2 styles, same price — Face Pattern (your pet's face repeated across the whole blanket with playful paw prints and bones) or Realistic Portrait (one large portrait that stays true to your pet's real photo). Realistic Portrait works best with a high-resolution, front-facing, well-lit photo.
- 11 backgrounds to choose from: Flamingo Pink, Cream Beige, Cloudy Blue Sky, Light Grey, Gingham Pink, Square Tile Mint, Sage Green, Gingham Blue, Lilac, Square Tile Butter and Navy. See the background chart in the photos above. Plus 6 limited Christmas backgrounds: Christmas Red, Buffalo Plaid, Snowflakes, Christmas Paws, Evergreen and Red Gingham. Christmas bonus: Choose any Christmas background and we'll add a free Santa hat to your pet in the design — just write 'Santa hat' in the note at checkout.

- We create your design by hand and email you a free preview before anything is printed.
- If something looks off, tell us and we'll adjust the preview. We only start making your blanket after you approve it.
- If your photo won't print well (blurry, dark, face cut off), we'll tell you honestly and ask for a better one — we'd rather pause than ship you a blanket you don't love.
- Once approved, your blanket is printed, finished and shipped within 1–3 days.
Please note
Your preview is a close guide to the finished blanket. Because colors look a little different on a screen than on soft fabric, slight color differences between the preview and the blanket are a normal part of the process.

What photo works best? Clear, front-facing, good light, whole face visible. A phone photo is perfect.
When do I see my design? After checkout, we create your design by hand and email you a preview. We only print after you approve it — if anything looks off, we adjust it first.
When will my blanket ship? Once you approve your preview, we make your blanket and ship it within 1–3 days.
How long does delivery to the US take? Delivery to the US usually takes 7–14 business days after shipping.
Can I put more than one pet on it? Yes — dogs, cats, or both. Just upload a photo of each pet.
Is it a good gift? It's one of the most personal gifts for a pet parent — for birthdays, holidays, a new puppy, or to remember a pet who's crossed the rainbow bridge.
What if there's a quality problem? Contact us within 30 days with a photo. If your blanket arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or clearly different from your approved preview, we'll remake or replace it free — no need to return the faulty item. Because each blanket is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind, details provided incorrectly, or designs approved in the preview.
