How it works

2. We create your design by hand and email you a free preview before anything is printed.
3. If something looks off, tell us and we'll adjust the preview. Once you approve, we make your pillow and ship it in 1–3 days.

What you can customize

• Your pet's photo — one pet or multiple pets on one pillow. If your photo doesn't work for print, we'll tell you honestly before we make anything.
• 17 backgrounds — 11 everyday backgrounds, plus 6 limited Christmas backgrounds: Christmas Red, Buffalo Plaid, Snowflakes, Christmas Paws, Evergreen and Red Gingham. Christmas bonus: Choose any Christmas background and we'll add a free Santa hat to your pet in the design — just write 'Santa hat' in the note at checkout.
• 2 styles — Face Pattern (your pet's face repeated across the pillow, with playful paw prints and bones) or Realistic Portrait (one large portrait that stays true to your pet's real photo). No extra charge for either style. Realistic Portrait works best with a high-resolution, front-facing, well-lit photo.
• Back side — same design on both sides, or a different photo on the back. Both free, no extra charge.
• Pet name — add your pet's name if you'd like (optional, up to 12 characters).
• Dogs and cats both welcome.

Use & care

• Unzip and remove the insert before washing.
• Machine wash the cover cold on a gentle cycle, inside out.
• Hang dry or tumble dry low.
• Spot clean the insert only; do not machine wash it.
• Do not bleach, iron the print, or dry clean.

• Ships in 1–3 days after you approve the preview.
• Delivery to the US usually takes 7–14 business days after shipping.

Can I wash it? Yes. The cover zips off and is machine washable. Just remove the insert first.
