• 2 print styles, same price — Face Pattern (your pet's face repeated across the mug, with playful paw prints and bones) or Realistic Portrait (one large portrait that stays true to your pet's real photo). Realistic Portrait works best with a high-resolution, front-facing, well-lit photo.
• Add your pet's name if you'd like (optional)
• Dogs and cats both welcome — one pet or multiple pets on one mug

Two mug styles

Classic all-white, or make it pop with the two-tone style — glossy white outside with a colored interior and matching handle, in Sakura Pink, Vibrant Orange, Rose Red, Lemon Yellow, Sky Blue or Obsidian Black. Either way, the ceramic mug is the same 11 oz size and your pet's photo print is made the same careful way. See the color chart in the photos above.

Our service, step by step

1. Pick your mug color above, upload a clear, front-facing photo of your pet, choose a background, print placement and print style, and check out — one single checkout.
2. We create your design by hand and email you a free preview before anything is printed.
3. If something looks off, tell us and we'll adjust the preview. We only start making your mug after you approve it.
4. If your photo won't print well (blurry, dark, face cut off), we'll tell you honestly and ask for a better one — we'd rather pause than ship you a bad mug.
5. Your finished mug is packed in protective foam inside a clean white box, so it arrives safe and well protected.

Please note

Your preview is a close guide to the finished mug. Because each mug is heat-printed and fired individually, slight color differences between the preview and the finished piece are a normal part of the process.

• Not suitable for microwave, dishwasher or oven use, and avoid scouring pads or sharp utensils on the printed area.

When do I see my design? After checkout, we create your design by hand and email you a preview. We only print after you approve it — if anything looks off, we adjust it first.

When will my mug ship? Once you approve your preview, we make your mug and ship it within 1–3 days.

Is it a good gift? It's our favorite small gift: personal, useful every day, and made for one specific pet parent.

What if there's a quality problem? Contact us within 30 days with a photo. If your mug arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or clearly different from your approved preview, we'll remake or replace it free — no need to return the faulty item. Because each mug is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind, details provided incorrectly, or designs approved in the preview.
